• File the Articles of Incorporation
• Obtain an Employer Identification Number
• Obtain a Seller’s Permit
• Issue Stock
• File required securities’ statement in relation to issuance of stock
• Prepare bylaws
• Prepare incorporation minutes
• Apply for dba (if required)
• Apply for a business license
