KATSUYA (KEN) NISHIKAWA
After graduating from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, I worked at Tokyo-Mitsubishi Bank.
I obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Business Taxation
at University of Southern California in 1991.
After completing the dual masters’ program at University of Southern California,
I have worked as a Tax Manager in international taxation at Deloitte & Touche, LLP (Big4),
specializing in corporate income tax, partnership, LLC and individual tax planning
for a wide range of multinational clients.
I further obtained a J.D. at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2000 and have worked
as an attorney at Teraoka & Partners, LLP, San Francisco specializing in corporate transactions,
business contracts, taxation, real estate transactions and M&A.
I currently provide business and tax consulting services to clients in Los Angeles area
as well as clients in Japan who plan to start their businesses in the United States.
